Rudy and Mia took us to beautiful old Ghent where Rudy works. Toured some buildings at the University of Ghent, the library, architecture bldg and ceremonies bldg. Went to the central square, cathedral (tableau of the Mystic Lamb), three spires, meat house, guild houses, and canal area named after grain and corn (photo).
Later that evening we traveled to Knesselaere where Walter and Irene hosted a Zeghers get together. There were about a dozen relatives there. We got a photo of Wim and Giert with their son, the youngest Arthur in the Zeghers family.
