The first meeting and forming of a new guild took place at Cypress River. The Prairie Wind FLEECERs (Fibre Lovers Enthusiastically Engaging in Creating Essentials Regularly). Quite a handle!! The group will meet the second Saturday of the month at the Cypress River Resource Centre (the former school). There the group will share in the enjoyment and knowledge of fibre, from shearing, washing, carding, spinning, felting, knitting, weaving, etc of various natural fibres. Should be fun! Everyone is welcome!!
