Hoodoo and Bow Falls Hike

On our last morning in Banff Don and I walked the Hoodoo trail. We started at the trail head close to our lodge. After a couple of false starts we got on a trail that led us through the forest to the Bow River. We could see across the river to the golf course where the grounds keepers were busy cleaning up in preparations for opening next week. Yes, you heard the sound of Don sobbing. Hopefully, he can golf there another time as I looks beautiful!!

After our hike we headed to Calgary for a visit with a high school and university buddy of Dons. Rick is feeling tired due to radiation and chemotherapy for esophageal cancer, but he looks good.
