Our evening entertainment was to go on a carriage ride in the French Quarter. Our tour guide and her mule, Claudia, guided us around the area, informing us about ghosts and voodoo stories. Interesting.
We had supper at a restaurant, the Coop, patronized by the locals. Great Cajun food. Best jambalaya yet!
