I arrived in Mesa to temperatures in the high twenties (Celsius). Ahhh! The first thing I did was have a glass of grapefruit juice in the backyard watching ducks on our pond. Oh, the life of Riley!!
The next day the running began. To the bank only to find out it was going to take six weeks to cash a cheque, to T-Mobile to fix my incorrect SIM card, and to furniture stores to purchase a TV and stand. Phew! Busy!!
We did pick out a great TV and sound system, but finding just the right stand has proven difficult. Right now it is sitting on the guest bedroom night stand. It looks a bit out of proportion.
By the way.... The bougainvillea that I trimmed so severely in the spring looks healthy and is blooming nicely.
A trip to Ikea, lasted hours!
