I finished quilting JoAnn's Celtic Knot quilt. I quilted the background with meandering loops. Then I quilted the ribbons with wishbones and the the spaces with loop patterns. The outer Celtic Knot Border I outlined with stitch in the ditch. I hope she likes it.
