Fiddler on the Roof

Today was quite nice - blue sky and no wind. Dad and I went for a long walk around half a dozen of the lakes in the Superstition Springs development.

Don and Dad relaxed the lock on the safety screen door. It took some doing to figure out the mechanics of it.  Finally Don checked it out on line and got all the directions. Funny that they wouldn't put all instructions in the package!

We went the the Palms Theatre for supper and a show. The buffet supper included salad, main course and dessert. It was all very good!  The show was the musical Fiddler on the Roof.  They had live music - fiddler; woodwinds person who alternated between flute, oboe and clarinet; and a keyboard player.  The acting and singing was excellent.  The set was minimalistic and moved by the actors, large cast of about 25.  They did the entire musical, no short cuts.  Great evening!

Dad and Don change the lock on the door.

Fiddler on the Roof was great!
