Landed

We successfully landed in Dublin and got checked into our hotel, The Westin, right downtown. We slept (sort of) on the plane and decided we better go for a walk to get our bearings before heading back to the hotel for a nap. 

We walked along side of Trinity College, down Grafton Street to St. Stevens Green. All older buildings and a lot of construction as they are putting in an electric trolley. 

One of the side streets we took led to a knitwear and weaving shop called Cleo!  (I didn't even plan that!!). Beautiful works!!  I'll have the come back here!!

Feeling a bit peckish we stopped at O'Neills. Don had a Guinness and I had an Irish Coffee. We had soup/chowder with soda bread, and Don had a bucket of mussels. Now back to the hotel for a snooze!!
