Early morning is always a gorgeous time to be outside in the desert. The air is cool and refreshing and the sun warm. Today Don and I walked outside the Desert Falls resort (where our condo is) and toured around the University if California Riverside Palm Desert Campus that is located across Frank Sinatra Drive from us.
It is a gorgeous campus. Beautiful landscaping and sculptures. But there doesn't seem to be anyone there. There aren't even enough cars in the parking lot to be for the staff, let alone for the students. Not sure what, if anything, goes on there.
