We had wanted to visit the largest lake on the Salt River Dam Project for some time, so we (Joyce, Shayne, Mel, Don and I) drove out that way on a beautifully clear Sunday morning. We took the highway east of Mesa thru Superior and Globe. It is a very scenic drive!
